We recommend the following steps are taken when sending a wire transfer:

Obtain the contact name, phone number and email of your Realtor, Lender and Title Agent
Call Treasure Title BEFORE you initiate any transfer to confirm the wiring instructions
Treasure Title now uses “Closing Lock” a secure portal to verify identity, send secure wire information, payoff account verification and document sharing. Treasure Title will send an email introducing Closing Lock to each client when an order is initiated.
