We want to provide our clients with the tools necessary to achieve a successful closing with a clean title insurance policy on the real estate, and give them the creative side of what is needed when challenged with a problem. We accomplish this with the leadership of JoAnne Quarles, President, who has over 35 years of experience in the industry. She has experienced three recessions and is leading Treasure Title through the upturn in the market.
Also along the way, JoAnne has handled Agricultural and Industrial closings and currently has a niche market of Church Closings. Treasure Title has a relationship with a Realtor who handles Church’s statewide. So traveling to a destination is very common with a Church transaction. 1031 Exchanges are another type of transfer included in Title Insurance that we have handled for many clients when the opportunity is appropriate.
Treasure Title has focused on technology and trends in the industry and maintains a hourly backup of all systems. We also are members of the Florida Land Title Association and the American Land Title Association and continue to educate ourselves through numerous programs.
JoAnne’s business strategies and marketing have developed a number of relationships in the Community and in the Industry and has provided the opportunity for her to be involved with charities, civic and community organizations in West Orange County. She received the coveted “Community Service Award” from Stewart Title Guaranty Company and the Athena Award from the West Orange Chamber of Commerce. She has served as the West Orange Chamber of Commerce President, Roper YMCA Board Member and the Advisory Board of BankFirst. She is also a Founder of the Ambassadors and is now a Lifetime Ambassador for the Chamber and is currently serving on the Committee. JoAnne is a licensed title agent with the Certified Land Closers designation by the Florida Land Title Association. She is also a Real Estate Broker, licensed in the State of Florida.
