Underwater mortgages remain a huge problem for millions of Americans.
I recently observed this when I picked up the West Orange Times last week and saw the list of Foreclosures! Oh my, we still have a lot of cleanup to do in the industry. We are always ready for whatever the industry throws at us. We are hopeful our relationship with each of you will give you confidence in our company by continuing to allow us to handle your real estate closings.
TRID is coming, maybe later than sooner, but tomorrow we will have the chance to hear from our Underwriter, Fidelity National Title. They will be addressing the new rule slated to become effective August 1, 2015 and how it will affect the Realtors.
