Treasure Title Insurance Agency is pleased to serve our Veterans of the Military. We thank them for their service to our country and the protection of the United States of America.

Treasure Title Insurance Agency handles the Escrow for the Construction, renovation or addition to your home when you are receiving a Special Housing Grant. The cost of the Escrow will depend on a number of variables that will be requested of us, but the normal cost of the Escrow is $500.00.

Please note that sometimes the VA may require other services which are not included in the Escrow Fee of $500.00. They may ask for an Owner’s and Encumbrance Search, a Date Down Search from the time that you took title to your property or they may ask us to prepare a Owner’s Title Insurance Policy.

It is our recommendation that if you do not have an Owner’s Title Insurance Policy, that this would be the perfect time to have the title of your property researched and insured to be sure that there are no hidden problems from the past that would affect you and/or your family or heirs in the future. We will be happy to quote you the cost of the Owner’s Title Policy.
